Clinical effect of orthodontic treatment on periodontal disease in stomatology department
正畸治疗口腔科牙周病的临床治疗效果

摘要

目的 思考牙周病患者选择正畸治疗的实际疗效。方法 筛选出本院口腔科于2021.1-2022.1之间接收的30例牙周病患者，根据临床治疗方案的差异性，将其分成2小组，即：对照组（常规西医治疗案）与实验组（常规西医治疗案+正畸治疗），各小组是15例，然后对比2组患者的治疗疗效、牙周袋深度、出血指数、前牙覆盖情况等。结果 针对患者的治疗效果而言，实验组、对照组分别是93.33%、73.33%，其对比差异突出，存在统计学优势，P＜0.05。另外，实验组病患的牙周袋深度、出血指数、前牙覆盖情况等指标均好于对照组，且以上指标对比差异突出，存在统计学优势，P＜0.05。结论 关于正畸疗法在牙周病患者的临床应用来说，它能够逐步增强患者的治疗效果，具备一定的实践意义，值得在临床上广泛应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical effect of orthodontic treatment for patients with periodontal disease.
Methods Thirty patients with periodontal disease were selected from the Department of Stomatology of our hospital between February 1, 2010 and February 1, 2010, and divided into two groups according to the differences in clinical treatment plans, namely: Control group (conventional Western medicine treatment case) and experimental group (conventional Western medicine treatment case + orthodontic treatment), each group was 15 cases, and then compared the two groups of patients with therapeutic efficacy, periodontal pocket depth, bleeding index, anterior tooth coverage, etc.
Results For the treatment effect of patients, the experimental group and the control group were 93.33% and 73.33%, respectively, with significant contrast difference and statistical advantage, P < 0.05. In addition, the indexes of periodontal pocket depth, bleeding index and anterior tooth coverage of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group, and the above indexes were significantly different, with statistical advantages (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   As for the clinical application of orthodontic therapy in patients with periodontal disease, it can gradually enhance the therapeutic effect of patients, has certain practical significance, and is worthy of extensive clinical application.
