Application of minimally invasive and painless tooth extraction technique in the extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth
微创无痛拔牙技术在下颌埋伏阻生智齿拔除术中的应用

摘要
目的 探究无痛麻醉仪(single tooth anesthesia, STA)与超声骨刀联用的微创无痛拔牙技术在下颌埋伏阻生智齿拔除术中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年10月至2023年04月间在我院口腔颌面外科进行下颌埋伏阻生智齿拔除术的患者150例,按照数字随机法分为对照组和研究组,对照组50例患者进行传统的局部麻醉方式并采用涡轮钻法进行阻生智齿拔除,研究组100例患者进行STA无痛麻醉仪联用超声骨刀的微创无痛阻生智齿拔除术,对比两组患者的术后2小时及术后24小时疼痛程度、术后不良反应发生率和患者满意度。结果 研究组的术后2小时及术后24小时VAS疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 STA与超声骨刀联用的微创无痛拔牙技术在下颌埋伏阻生智齿拔除术中应用有显著的临床效果,能够有效地降低患者的疼痛程度和术后不良反应发生率,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive painless tooth extraction technique combining painless anesthesia instrument (single tooth anesthesia, STA) and ultrasonic bone surgery in surgery. Methods Selected 150 patients from October 2021 to April 2023, divided into control group and study group by random control group, 50 patients underwent traditional local anesthesia and turbine drilling method for impacted wisdom teeth. The study group, 100 patients underwent STA painless anesthesia with minimally invasive removal, comparing the two groups of patients within 2 hours and 24 hours after surgery, incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction. Results The VAS pain scores at 2 hours and 24 hours were significantly lower than the study group, statistically significant (P <0.05); the incidence of postoperative adverse effects was significantly lower than the study group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive painless tooth extraction technique combining STA and ultrasound bone knife has significant clinical effect in the removal of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth, which can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
