口腔种植在口腔修复中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨并分析口腔种植在口腔修复中的临床应用效果。方法 在2022年6月至2023年12月期间，选取我院80例接受口腔修复治疗的患者为本次研究对象，采取计算机表法，将其分为对照组（n=40）和研究组（n=40），对照组采取传统口腔修复治疗，研究组采取口腔种植治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后，与对照组相比，研究组牙龈指数、龈沟修复指数均较高，菌斑指数较低，便携程度、咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观舒适度等治疗满意度评分均较高，组间存在差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在口腔修复治疗中采用口腔种植技术，能够明显改善患者的口腔健康及牙周情况，进而得到良好的口腔修复效果，值得借鉴及推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of oral implantation in oral restoration.
Methods From June 2022 to December 2023, 80 patients who received oral restoration treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. Using computer table method, they were divided into a control group (n=40) and a study group (n=40). The control group received traditional oral restoration treatment, while the study group received oral implantation treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.
Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the study group had higher gingival index and gingival sulcus repair index, lower plaque index, and higher treatment satisfaction scores such as portability, chewing function, language function, and aesthetic comfort. There were differences between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of oral implant technology in oral restoration treatment can significantly improve the oral health and periodontal condition of patients, and thus achieve good oral restoration effects. It is worth learning from and promoting its application.
