The influence of full crown treatment on the prognosis of early childhood cracked teeth and pulp tissues
全冠治疗对早期小儿牙隐裂牙体牙髓预后的影响

摘要

分析全冠治疗对早期小儿牙隐裂牙体牙髓预后的影响。方法 本次研究对象选取我院口腔科接收的牙隐裂患儿60例，运用随机数字表分组法将其分成观察组和对照组，每一组中人数为30例。对照组接受传统根管治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上添加全冠修复治疗。对比分析两组最终取得的治疗效果。结果 两组最终结果比较后显示，观察组患儿的牙龈指数、菌斑指数以及牙周袋深度与对照组相比均得到显著改善，牙齿咬合力和咀嚼功能恢复效果明显优于对照组，取得的治疗总有效率高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在早期小儿牙隐裂疾病治疗中采用全冠修复医治手段，可获得更加理想的治疗效果，使患儿的牙体牙髓得到良好恢复，提高患儿的口腔咀嚼功能。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of total crown treatment on the prognosis of dental pulp in children with early cryptocleft teeth.
Methods In this study, 60 cases of children with cleft teeth received by the Department of Stomatology of our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table grouping method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received traditional root canal therapy, and the observation group was supplemented with total crown repair therapy. The final therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.
Results The final results of the two groups showed that the gingival index, plaque index and periodontal pocket depth of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the effect of tooth biting force and masticatory function recovery was significantly better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the early treatment of children with dental cleft disease, full crown restoration can obtain more ideal treatment effect, make the children's dental body and pulp recover well, and improve the oral chewing function.
