Comparison of the effects of two flap repair methods in treating soft tissue defects after oral cancer surgery
两种皮瓣修复法治疗口腔癌术后软组织缺损的效果对比

摘要

目的 分析口腔癌术后软组织缺损患者接受2种皮瓣修复法的治疗效果。方法 选择2023年2月至2025年2月间在我院接受诊治的50例口腔癌术后软组织缺损患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析，按照不同手术方式分组，对照组（前臂皮瓣修复法），研究组（颊下岛状皮瓣修复法），各25例。比较两组的修复效果。结果 比较两组的修复效果，研究组治疗后的语言功能、吞咽功能和创面修复效果以及生活质量等高于对照组，差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床治疗口腔癌术后软组织缺损患者时，应用前臂皮瓣、颊下岛状皮瓣等不同修复方法，均可以起到治疗效果。但是相比之后，颊下岛状皮瓣修复的效果更优，促进患者各项口腔功能的恢复，提高患者的生活质量，拥有较高的推广价值。

Abstract

Objective The purpose is to analyze the therapeutic effects of two flap repair methods in patients with soft tissue defects after oral cancer surgery.
Methods Fifty patients with soft tissue defects after oral cancer surgery who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects for retrospective analysis. They were grouped according to different surgical methods: the control group (forearm flap repair method) and the study group (subbuccal island flap repair method), with 25 cases in each group. Compare the repair effects of the two groups.
Results The repair effects of the two groups were compared. The language function, swallowing function, wound repair effect and quality of life of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were significant and statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the clinical treatment of patients with soft tissue defects after oral cancer surgery, different repair methods such as forearm flaps and subbuccal island flaps can all achieve therapeutic effects. However, compared with the latter, the subbuccal island flap has a better repair effect, promoting the recovery of various oral functions of patients, improving their quality of life, and has a high promotion value.
