Clinical application scheme of resin filling technology for tooth defect repair
树脂充填技术用于牙体缺损修复的临床应用方案

摘要

目的 对比分析改良分层递进树脂充填技术与传统单层树脂充填技术应用于牙体缺损修复的临床疗效、牙周改善效果、美学价值及远期安全性，明确分层递进充填技术的临床应用优势，弥补传统单层充填技术的临床短板，为牙体缺损修复优选技术方案的制定提供循证依据。方法 选取2024年7月-2025年7月本院收治的336例牙体缺损患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各168例。观察组采用改良分层递进树脂充填技术修复，对照组采用传统单层树脂充填技术修复。对比两组患者修复成功率、术后牙周指标、修复体美学评分及术后1年并发症总发生率，采用专业统计学软件完成数据对比分析。结果 观察组修复成功率95.24%，显著高于对照组的83.33%（P＜0.05）；术后1年观察组牙周探诊深度（2.13±0.36）mm、牙龈出血指数（1.02±0.25），均显著优于对照组的（2.89±0.41）mm、（1.68±0.32）（P＜0.05）；观察组修复体美学评分（92.36±3.15）分，明显高于对照组的（85.12±4.08）分（P＜0.05）；观察组术后1年并发症总发生率4.76%，显著低于对照组的16.07%（P＜0.05）。结论 相较于传统单层树脂充填技术，改良分层递进树脂充填技术可显著提升牙体缺损修复成功率，有效改善患者牙周健康状态，优化牙齿修复美学效果，大幅降低远期并发症发生风险，修复稳定性、安全性及美学价值更优，是临床牙体缺损修复的优质技术方案，具备极高的推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy, periodontal improvement effect, aesthetic value, and long-term safety of the modified layered progressive resin filling technique and the traditional single-layer resin filling technique in tooth defect repair, clarify the clinical application advantages of the layered progressive filling technique, make up for the clinical shortcomings of the traditional single-layer filling technique, and provide evidence-based basis for the formulation of the preferred technical scheme for tooth defect repair.
Methods 336 patients with tooth defects admitted to our hospital from July 2024 to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 168 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with the modified layered progressive resin filling technique, and the control group was treated with the traditional single-layer resin filling technique. The success rate of restoration, postoperative periodontal indicators, aesthetic score of the restoration, and the total incidence of complications one year after surgery were compared between the two groups. Data were analyzed using professional statistical software.
Results The success rate of restoration in the observation group was 95.24%, significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%) (P < 0.05); one year after surgery, the probing depth of periodontal tissues in the observation group (2.13 ± 0.36) mm and the gingival bleeding index (1.02 ± 0.25) were significantly better than those of the control group (2.89 ± 0.41) mm and (1.68 ± 0.32) (P < 0.05); the aesthetic score of the restoration in the observation group (92.36 ± 3.15) points was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.12 ± 4.08) points (P < 0.05); the total incidence of complications one year after surgery in the observation group was 4.76%, significantly lower than that of the control group (16.07%) (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Compared with the traditional single-layer resin filling technique, the modified layered progressive resin filling technique can significantly improve the success rate of tooth defect repair, effectively improve the periodontal health status of patients, optimize the aesthetic effect of tooth restoration, significantly reduce the risk of long-term complications, and has better stability, safety and aesthetic value. It is a high-quality technical scheme for clinical tooth defect repair and has extremely high promotion and application value.
