Comparative study on the efficacy of one-time root canal treatment and multiple root canal treatments in chronic pulpitis
一次性根管治疗与多次根管治疗在慢性牙髓炎中的疗效对比研究

摘要

目的 比较慢性牙髓炎病例接受一次性根管疗法与传统多次根管疗法后的临床获益情况。方法纳入2024年12月-2025年12月本院口腔科收治的慢性牙髓炎患者60例，将入组患者随机划分至两个治疗组，每组样本量均为30例，观察组实施一次性根管治疗，对照组采用传统多次根管治疗。考察两组病例治疗后的临床获益情况及相关并发症的发生水平。结果 观察组在临床有效率上表现更好，且术后并发症整体发生率处于更低水平（P＜0.05）。结论 一次性根管治疗用于慢性牙髓炎，临床疗效更优，可有效降低术后疼痛程度与炎症反应，减少就诊次数、缩短治疗周期，并发症风险更低，安全性更高，更符合临床高效诊疗需求，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To compare the clinical benefits of one-time root canal therapy and traditional multiple root canal therapy in patients with chronic pulpitis.
Methods Sixty patients with chronic pulpitis admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from December 2024 to December 2025 were included. The enrolled patients were randomly divided into two treatment groups, with a sample size of 30 in each group. The observation group received one-time root canal treatment, while the control group received traditional multiple root canal treatment. Examine the clinical benefits and incidence of related complications after treatment in two groups of cases.
Results The observation group showed better clinical efficacy and a lower overall incidence of postoperative complications (P<0.05).
Conclusion   One time root canal therapy for chronic pulpitis has better clinical efficacy, can effectively reduce postoperative pain and inflammatory response, reduce the number of visits, shorten the treatment period, lower the risk of complications, higher safety, and better meets the needs of efficient clinical diagnosis and treatment. It is worth promoting and applying.
