Application analysis of AIDET communication model combined with situational teaching methodin oral nursing teaching

摘要
目的 在口腔科护理教学中探讨AIDET沟通模式结合情景教学法的应用及效果。方法 从我院口腔科实习护生中选取部分具有代表性的护生作为分析对象,从2018年4月至2022年4月期间选取的实习护生中选择40名,将实习护生采用平均分配的原则,分到不同护理带教方法的小组中,使用AIDET沟通模式结合情景教学法的20例护生视为研究组,使用常规带教方法的20例护生视为参照组。对两组护生带教后的情况进行分析和记录,深入了解护理带教后老师对护生的评分和护生是否对护理带教满意。结果 研究组护生中有19例满意,参照组有15例满意,满意度分别为95.0%(19/20)、75.0%(15/20),这一结果说明研究组满意度高存在差异和统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教老师对护生的各项评分结果比较发现,研究组评分明显高于参照组,存在显著差异和统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔科护理教学中,对护生护理沟通能力培训具有重要作用,需要合理地使用培训方法,采用AIDET沟通模式的基础上,采用情景教学方法,能够有效地提高护生的沟通能力,并提高护生对教学的满意度,可在今后带教中加大借鉴力度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effect of AIDET communication model combined with situational teaching method in oral nursing teaching. Methods Select some representative nursing students from the stomatology department of our hospital as the analysis object, and select 40 nursing students from April 2018 to April 2022. According to the principle of allocation, they were divided into groups with different nursing teaching methods. 20 nursing students who used the AIDET communication model combined with the situational teaching method were regarded as the research group, and 20 nursing students who used the conventional teaching method were regarded as the reference group. The situation of the two groups of nursing students after the teaching was analyzed and recorded, and the teachers' scores on the nursing students after the nursing teaching and whether the nursing students were satisfied with the nursing teaching were deeply understood. Results 19 nursing students in the research group were satisfied, and 15 in the reference group were satisfied. The satisfaction rates were 95.0% (19/20) and 75.0% (15/20), respectively. This result shows that there are differences in the high satisfaction of the research group. and statistical significance (P < 0.05). Comparing the scores of the nursing students by the teachers, it was found that the scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the reference group, with significant differences and statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion In oral nursing teaching, it plays an important role in the training of nursing communication ability of nursing students. It is necessary to use training methods reasonably. On the basis of AIDET communication model, the use of situational teaching method can effectively improve the communication ability of nursing students. And improve nursing students' satisfaction with teaching, which can be used for reference in future teaching.
